(1) Research Engineer
Our lab is seeking a highly motivated Research Engineer to support data processing and analysis across multiple projects in systems and molecular neuroscience. This role will involve working with neural activity datasets, behavioral data, and fluorescence confocal imaging data, contributing to both ongoing studies and the development of new analytical pipelines.
The ideal candidate has strong programming skills (e.g., Python/MATLAB) and is comfortable working with biological datasets. Familiarity with computational neuroscience approaches is highly desirable. Experience with hardware interfacing or experimental systems (e.g., behavioral rigs, imaging setups) is a plus.
We are looking for someone who is deeply research-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to develop expertise at the interface of neuroscience and quantitative analysis. This position is well-suited for individuals considering a PhD in neuroscience or those seeking to build long-term specialization in the field.
