·       Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in research lab management. We are seeking a candidate with a demonstrated track record of maintaining lab continuity.

·       Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in mouse colony management and AAV production is a core requirement for this role.

·       Immediate Impact: Ability to work independently and manage the lab's operational needs from day one.

·       Professional Commitment: A strong desire for a long-term role. We value the stability and institutional memory that a long-tenured manager provides.

·       Collaboration: An interest in neuroscience and a proactive, collaborative approach to supporting diverse research projects.
