In our lab, we are integrating complementary techniques to illuminate neuronal signals of learning, namely quantitative behavior analyses, in vivo CRISPRko, molecular sensors & actuators, fiber photometry, fluorescence microendoscopy, optogenetics, advanced confocal microscopy & spatial transcriptomics.
